EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pure Rodri Swimwear and Collection. While we do not offer refunds, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your unworn/unwashed items within 15 days of the delivery date. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. In order to do a size exchange. Please contact us. Please fill out the exchange form attached to your receipt, and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange of size.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESSING

Once we receive your return package, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has been processed.

 

DAMAGES

Pure Rodri Swimwear and Collection suits are very delicate and experience normal “wear and tear” over time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are generally only able to repair items within 1 month after purchase, as we may not have the hardware to make replacements after this time period. Items being returned for repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt. Soiled damages will be returned to owner as is.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Pure Rodri suits are constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are extremely delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap (such as specialty lingerie detergent). Lie flat or hang to dry.

REFUND POLICY

We at Pure Rodri Swimwear and Pure Rodri Collection are proud to uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction. If you wish to exchange the product item for a DIFFERENT SIZE of the “SAME” style you purchase after 7 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange it.

*Exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days of receipt.

* All sales are FINALS and Pure Rodri Swimwear  is not responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with any returned purchase.

Please note we will not accept any returns to items that have been altered or wear out in any way.

Payment is processed through PayPal. Upon checkout, customers will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can select their payment method. However, it is not necessary for customers to have a PayPal account to shop with PURE RODRI SWIMWEAR & COLLECTION.
Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once PURE RODRI SWIMWEAR & COLLECTION receives payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud, this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction

CANCELLATION

PURE RODRI SWIMWEAR & COLLECTION reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.

PURE RODRI SWIMWEAR & COLLECTION takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
